I offer flexible, compassionate support tailored to meet the unique needs of your growing family. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early days with a newborn, or seeking a bit of extra help and reassurance, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Holistic Doula Support Package
Comprehensive care for the full journey, from pregnancy through early postpartum.
Includes:
- One prenatal visit to plan for your birth and discuss your preferances
- One prenatal visit to plan and prepare for the postpartum period
- On-call availability 24/7 starting two weeks before your due date
- Continuous in-person labor and birth support to include emotional reassurance, hands-on comfort measures, positioning, and massage.
- Two postpartum visits (2 hours each). This includes support for recovery, infant care, light household chores, meal prep, and emotional support.
- Ongoing text and phone support during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) for your entire pregnancy and postpartum experience.
Additional postpartum hours available upon request.

Birth Doula Support Package
Focused support for your birth and the immediate postpartum period.
Includes:
- One prenatal visit to plan for your birth
- On-call availability 24/7 starting two weeks before your due date
- Continuous in-person labor and birth support to include emotional reassurance, hands-on comfort measures, positioning, and massage.
- One postpartum visit (1.5 hours). This includes support for recovery, infant care, light household chores, meal prep, and emotional support.
- Ongoing text and phone support during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) for your entire pregnancy and postpartum experience.

Postpartum Doula Hourly Services
Practical, nurturing care tailored to your home and rhythm.
Support may include:
- Recovery check-ins and emotional support
- Infant care and feeding guidance
- Light housework and meal prep
- Rest opportunities for parents
- Community resource referrals
Hourly postpartum support is available by request. 2-hour minimum per visit.
$20 per hour.
